The Goddesses in the Machine: Fashion in American Silent Film exhibition has beenopened at the Bard Alumni Center (New York).

It is dedicated to the fashion of Americansilent films and the formation of the profession of a costume designer. Photographs,posters, sketches, and rare preserved costumes were placed on four floors.
